3: When logged in, please complete your profile by uploading a picture of yourself (the patient)
4: After Completing the profile section, please click on the “Files” section to upload all your medical records as zip files. ONLY ZIP FILES CAN BE UPLOADED.
5: You can edit or delete the files before sending your records in.
6: Before, submitting please chose what section your medical records are related to Neurology vs. Oncology (Cancer).
7: On the space provided (Just below the sections), please write a brief message to to the reviewer to consider.
8: After uploading your Zip files along with your message, please click on the “Add” tab to go to the next step for submission.
9: For the Initial Review Please press on the Green “Pay“ Tab to pay the initial cost. This will take you to the website of “ParsPal”. Please follow instructions to complete the steps.
10: After submission is complete, you will get an email confirming and containing the details of the initial review within only ONE WEEK.
11: The Initial Review only includes reviewing your records to see if all the documents are in order and all the needed documents are submitted and nothing is missing. The initial review DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY CLINICAL REVIEW OR SECOND OPINION.
